the controller is always adjusted to be the same for the product between all kettle sizes. So one mixing setting works the same way in two different size kettles. Another way to say this is that the selected mixing speed is always relative to the rim speed. This way, the axle speed (= r.p.m.) changes based on kettle diameters.
