HOST Milano 2025 is now just around the corner, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. For me, this fair is never just about showing machines – it’s about seeing the whole industry.
“New Shapes of Hospitality” is a good slogan, because I also feel there’s still a lot left to develop in professional kitchens. A smarter and more efficient kitchen, making real use of mixing kettles, can respond directly to the main themes we’ll see at HOST 2025:
Guest expectations: Kitchens need to deliver taste, texture, safety, and speed – every single time.
→ Genier shows how precise temperature control and automated stirring can guarantee that consistency, no matter the recipe.
Labor & efficiency pressures: With fewer skilled hands available, kitchens need equipment that really takes workload away.
→ Genier can automate the heavy lifting and combine multiple functions in one kettle, freeing staff to focus where it matters.
Sustainability & waste reduction: I think we will hear a lot about energy and waste this year – and rightly so.
→ Genier’s 360Sense helps reduce both by cooking more accurately and efficiently. On top of that, at Dietatec we’re working on responsible operations across the board – from long-life equipment design to measuring our CO₂ footprint.
Digitalization & remote control: It’s clear the industry is moving this way fast.
→ With wireless sensors, HACCP logging, and cloud-based monitoring, Genier already makes it possible to track and adjust kettles in real time, even remotely.
On our stand, I want people to see the full Genier line-up – ACE & GO! kettles in 200, 300, and 400 liters, plus the 360Sense wireless temperature system. I expect to get a lot of questions about the tools, and that’s great – because the versatility is what really sets Genier apart.
I’m also excited that our stand extends right next door to our partner Regethermic, who will be showing their long shelf life food system. Together we can demonstrate how kettle cooking, pumping, and bag filling fit into one smart process.
From the last HOST, I remember how much impact live demos had, and how much we learned from direct feedback on cleaning, usability, and workflow. My expectation this time is the same: to listen, learn, and show how Genier can make kitchens work smarter.
So, my expectation for HOST 2025 is simple: real discussions, real feedback, and showing solutions that actually help kitchens perform better.
Come meet us at Pavilion 7 • Stand G68.
Let’s see where the “new shapes of hospitality” can take us together.
