Instructions

  • Place standard tool in mixing kettle
  • Set core temp 125°C and pre heat the kettle
  • Add butter and onion in mixing kettle, set mixing 40 auto reverse slow, time 25 min
  • Add, garlic, thyme and black pepper and white wine , set mixing 40 auto reverse slow, time 10 min
  • Add beef stock, set food temperature 96°C and time 10 min
  • Serve with bread covered in melted cheese
