This year, in Dieta, we celebrate our 30th anniversary of manufacturing mixer kettles in the heart of Helsinki. Over the past three decades, we've come a long way, from humble beginnings to becoming the World leader of kettle intelligence & automated kettles. Today, we take a moment to reflect on our journey, our achievements, and the vision that has propelled us forward.
A Humble Beginning
Our story began in 1993 when a group of visionary professionals shared a common dream: revolutionizing professional kitchens with mixer kettles. With determination and innovation in their hearts, they set up Dieta in Helsinki, Finland. The prototype of the kettle was completed with a small group of three people in the corner of the factory hall. What started as a small operation has since become a source of top-quality mixer kettles.

One of the key reasons for our remarkable success has been our unwavering commitment to innovation. We've been ready to push our boundaries and earlier kettle standards throughout our journey, introducing groundbreaking features and advancements that have set new kettle standards.
Some of our most notable innovations we've been first to introduce:
- Freestanding mixer kettles that are easy to install and do not require bolting to the floor.
- The unique Dieta Mixer tool. With a 3-part construction that allows a new level of versatility in recipe selection thanks to special mixer tools. Furthermore, the tool handle in three parts is ergonomic and safe compared to large tools.
- Kettle with unique integrated weighing. That helps to reduce work steps in the kitchen.
- NEW! Wireless core temperature measurement, Genier 360oSense, with multiple revolving measurement points, provides a new level of precision to temperature measurement and ease to secure food safety.
Global Reach
Over the past three decades, we've expanded our reach beyond Helsinki and now Dieta kettles serve customers in nearly 50 countries worldwide. Our mixing kettles can be found in the kitchens of five-star hotels to army camps, and large luxury cruise ships to food production facilities, where they provide consistent, high-quality meals.
