Instructions

  • Place folding tool and mixing hook in mixing kettle
  • Measure oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and spices in mixing kettle
  • Set mixing 80, time 2 min
  • Add pork, set mixing 60 forward only, time 3 min
  • Set heating and mixing forward only, pause, speed 10. time 4 h
  • Check that the meat is cooked enough.. Set mixing auto reverse quick, speed 80, time 5 min
