Instructions

  • Place folding tool and mixing hook in mixing kettle
  • Measure oil in kettle and heat it up
  • Add sliced garlic, chili, lemon grass and lime leafs and fry in oil until dry
  • Remove the ingredients from oil and add nuts in. Roast the nuts until golden brown
  • Drain the oil from carefully and leave the kettle on tilted position until the excess oil has drained and the nuts have cooled
  • Add salt, sugar citric acid and msg in kettle and mix well

    • After cooking, you can spread the nuts on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
