Step 1

  • Standard Mixing tool with Mixing Hook.
    Add bottom mixing arm of Standard Dieta Mixing Tool and the Mixing Hook.
  • Mix the marinade
    Mix yogurt and spices together with the standard mixing tool's bottom arm. Use a mixing forward speed of 80.
  • Step 2

    • Change to Mixing Hook
      Remove the bottom arm of the Standard Mixing Tool and use only Mixing Hook.
    • Marinate the Chicken
      Add the chicken and marinate it with Auto-Reverse mixing, speed 80, by turning the chicken fillet into the marinade.
