Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a cold kettle
  • Start mixing with Auto-Reverse, speed 100-120
  • After a few minutes, once starch is fully dissolved, set temperature to 96°C
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes or until sauce thickens
  • Cool if needed or serve hot - Perfect with desserts like ice cream
