Instructions

  • Place folding tool and mixing hook on the mixing kettle
  • Set core temp to 125°C
  • Add bacon into the mixing kettle, set mixing 40 auto reverse slow, time 15 min
  • Add onion, garlic, thyme and black pepper, set mixing 40 auto reverse slow, time 5 min
  • Add pasta and water, set food temperature to 96°C and cook for 15 min
  • Add heavy cream, set mixing forward only 40, time 2 min
  • Serve
