Before I introduce myself more, I would like to briefly remind us why the mixing tool is essential for the mixer kettle.
A correctly designed mixer is the key to giving the best result, ensuring both quality and consistency, retaining an even temperature, and maintaining the structure of the food. Best tools can also cut through the structure of the food when necessary, scrape the sides of the kettle to avoid food burning, and transfer heat from the sides of the kettle to the food.
You might have met me, Dieta Mixing Tool. I am unique and patented with my ingenious three-part design. My parts are both easily connected and removed, even when the ingredients are already in the mixer kettle.
My unique design originates from the times when Dieta introduced kettles with integrated bottom mixers, 2009. I was an invention of my father Esko, who had the clever idea of why my side parts couldn’t be changeable. In Dieta, it was already understood that different food has different types of requirements, so the practicality of my unique design was instantly evident. It was also beneficial that the customer didn’t need a central part of the tool, which with bearings were the most valuable part.

All of the practicality and ergonomics of my handling were quickly recognized. As I was smaller to handle, I was able to be washed in washing baskets, and my parts were more lightweight than ever before - even the heaviest one is under 5kg. Already with a 100-liter kettle, not talking about the big boys (400- and 475-liters kettles), the weight difference has a noticeable difference in ergonomics and safety of use.
