Partners' success is most important to Sales Manager Anna Simojoki

Anna-Simojoki-560x420Anna Simojoki has been focusing last year on a more personal R&D project, her bouncing baby boy Rafael. Now that she is back, and the world has opened up again, she is especially excited to finally meet as many of you as possible face-to-face. And to all the great projects that lie ahead.

Sales Manager Anna Simojoki loves it when her days consist of interacting and working with Dietatec partner companies in different countries and cultures. Overcoming challenges faced by partners, bringing projects to the finish line, and providing support on both technical and commercial issues are part of Anna's daily work.

I am grateful and appreciate the work they do. That's why I want to do everything I can to support them to succeed and win the projects on their desks.

From international experience to a kettle factory

Exports and international work are close to Anna's heart, who has Central European roots. A BBA in business and an interest in international work have guided Anna in many directions throughout her career. She has worked in Russia on export assignments, been part of a real estate development project in Brazil, and has even run a company.

Before joining Dietatec, Anna worked in a similar role as an export sales manager but in a completely different sector. There were several reasons why she became interested in Dietatec.

I have always been a big fan of the manufacturing industry! Exporting products made in Europe is important to me but it’s also a challenging field. Dietatec's attitude towards exporting convinced me. I want to be part of it.

"Partner" is not just a word - we breathe it

Many partners have become close to Anna during their journey together. Communication between Anna and the partners is a mutual collaboration related to various projects, training, and technical issues. If she hasn't heard from a partner for a while, Anna will call to check how things are going.

It's important for me to know how our partners are doing. Often I just call and ask how they have been, what projects are on their desks, and how they are going. In the same way, I also keep them informed about what's new with us and keep their knowledge up to date.

Anna points out that she is not the only one interested in the success of the partners. Dietatec has a strong "we" spirit, which is not limited to the company.

For us, partner is not just a word - we breathe it. At Dietatec, everyone wants us - the partner and Dietatec - to succeed together.

Images of the future

With Dietatec's latest Genier Kettle, Anna finds the future picture of the products interesting. However, it also has its challenges. The place of the kettle in the kitchen is very different in different cultures. In some, the kettle is the heart of the kitchen, used to make a variety of things. In others, it still plays the role of a cooking pot.

I believe that as smart kitchen appliances become more common, the smart mixing kettle will become a colleague to the chef rather than just a tool. I would even go so far as to say that the kettle can be the kitchen's superhero! I want us and our partners to be at the forefront of this change.

Anna has personal expectations for the near future. She has not met many partners in person for a long time, although she worked closely with many of them earlier. Anna hopes that she will be able to meet Dietatec's partners face-to-face soon.

I am also looking forward to a snowy winter. I enjoy long-distance sports and cross-country skiing, in particular, is one of my absolute favorites! I hope to get out on the slopes many times this coming winter.
